Information Technology (IT) needs:

An IT staff member will be stationed at the meeting room(s) throughout each of the individual campus visits. Two IT staff will be stationed at the primary schedule meeting rooms on the University of Maine campus all day Monday, all day Tuesday, and Wednesday morning. President Gittell and team members can direct questions or requests about campus workroom needs to Jeff St. John or Rowena Clukey, and hotel workroom needs to the on-call staff member (207-949-4438 or um-it-oncall-group@maine.edu).


Workrooms:

The NECHE Team Workroom on campus is the Rudman Boardroom (second floor, Estabrooke Hall). It will be open Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The NECHE Team Workroom at the hotel is the Penobscot Room (lobby level). It will be available to the team 24 hours a day throughout the visit.
