The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs advances the University of Maine System’s mission and its 2023-2028 Strategic Plan by developing and leading efforts to expand access to public higher education for learners in Maine and beyond while supporting our universities and law school in their service to the state.
The Office of the Vice Chancellor of Academic and Student Affairs fosters collaboration across our universities by organizing multi-university advisory groups and committees. These committees inform decisions and facilitate dialogue on current and future issues affecting all of UMS.
