March 2023 Update

Looking Ahead – Oracle Cloud (HCM) HR Feature Highlights

  • Do you enter time for yourself or others? Are you tired of sifting through a slew of non-descriptive time-reporting codes and complex time-reporting instructions? With Oracle Cloud absence reporting (sick, vacation, bereavement, FMLA, etc.), along with work schedules and shifts, time reporting will be much easier! Holiday, shift differential, sick, vacation, bereavement, etc. for eligible hourly-paid employees will be automatically added to their timecards so only work start and stop times need to be entered!”
  • Do you access Employee Self-Service to manage your benefits and personal information? A new streamlined interface will make finding what you need and updating your information easier.
  • Are you responsible for hiring? Our new recruitment tools will help you navigate hiring without missing a step.
