What’s Happened Since the Last Update?
The Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP Requirements and Design Workshops were conducted and the project Team is completing Configuration Guides for the Recruiting and Core HR modules in preparation for preliminary review sessions for Phase One of the project.
The Campus Solutions Reimplementation project team is planning discovery sessions for faculty, staff, and student representatives that will begin in mid-October and a Town Hall for discovery session participants that is scheduled for September 29.
Upcoming Repaving MaineStreet Milestones (Link to Project Timeline)
- September 29: A Town Hall meeting was conducted for Discovery Session participants (see below) during which information about Campus Solutions Reimplementation and upcoming activities will be shared.
- Mid-October: David Demers, UMS CIO, will visit each campus to provide an overview of the Repaving Initiative and other IT initiatives.
- Mid-October thru Mid-December: Campus Solutions Discovery sessions with representatives from student administrative functional areas, faculty, and students.
- October 31 thru November 1: Initial review of the Oracle Cloud Recruiting module in a test environment.
