Description:
This badge is issued in recognition of the learner’s demonstrated proficiency in understanding military culture across the five branches of the United States Armed Forces, identifying common transition challenges veterans face when entering civilian workplaces, and implementing best practices for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining veteran employees. Learners acquire critical cultural competency skills and practical strategies to create inclusive workplace environments in which military experience is valued and veterans can thrive professionally.
