The Office of Equal Opportunity serves the UMS community and guests by ensuring equal access to employment and educational opportunities. We do this through outreach, education, training, and complaint resolution, as well as through the advancement of UMS’ nondiscrimination provides guidance and training to the University community on UMS policy and other federal and state nondiscrimination laws.
