Continuous Improvement includes many frameworks, all of which make processes visible and identify ways in which we can create efficiencies and improve outcomes. In the University of Maine System, the Office of Organizational Effectiveness teaches and leads teams on how to focus on value-added steps and mitigate or eliminate waste in their work.
