About Your CRA

As a Confidential Resource Advisor, Sydney (she/her) provides confidential support to students, faculty, and staff survivors of sexual assault, domestic/dating violence, harassment, stalking, and other sexual misconduct. She also has the capacity to facilitate educational and preventative training and events regarding sexual violence prevention.

Sydney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services and Political Science from the University of Maine Farmington. After graduating, she began working in the field of student support and academic advising for various TRIO programs in Maine. Her expertise lies in working with students who are first-generation and/or from historically underrepresented populations. Sydney is passionate about working to ensure higher education is available and attainable to all who wish to pursue it.

Sydney is also the CRA for the University of Maine at Augusta.
