UMS News

ConvenientMD UMS Patient Results Portal to Undergo Update Overnight:  The University of Maine System will be making an update to the patient result portal tonight (Saturday into Sunday, August 30, 2020) to address student account access challenges.

The patient result portal was established to provide students with faster access to testing results.  Transcription errors and blank or inaccurate data fields have prevented some students from verifying information as part of the account activation process. Student data were never compromised.

The update tonight using verified University information linked to student @maine.edu email addresses will resolve most of the issues preventing account verification.

Students with active accounts will have to reset their passwords.  The University of Maine System universities will be alerting students to the update and providing instructions for resetting passwords on Sunday, August 30.
