DESCRIPTION:Each spring\, the Maine Association for Public Interest Law (MAPIL) hosts an auction to raise funds to sponsor MAPIL fellowships. The 38th Annual MAPIL auction will held on March 26\, 2026. This year’s auction programming will also included the granting of the MAPIL Award for Public Service. \nIn addition to the silent and live auction\, MAPIL held an online auction. \nMAPIL welcomes donations from community members and local businesses to support our annual auction. Individuals and businesses interested in donating for next year can contact the MAPIL board members at mapilauction@maine.edu.

Maine Law established the Lecture Series in 2011 with the generous support and leadership of Catherine Lee of Lee International. The Justice For Women Lecture is held every spring. \nPast speakers have included: Hon.
