Shopping Plaza
The contracts listed on the Shopping Plaza website are available for University staff to use for official University business. (Campus purchasing or business offices should be consulted for any campus specific restrictions.) Because most of these contracts were obtained through a competitive process, they are available for staff to use without getting further quotes for many purchases. Where we feel it would be better to get quotes, that is noted.
These contracts bring with them the most advantageous freight terms, customer service reps, availability to all university sites, insurance clauses and other details that protect you, and the University, in ways you may not get with other providers.
Eventually these contracts will be available in an eCommerce system that will give you the equivalent of an internet shopping experience, shopping cart and all!
In most contract descriptions you will find a link to contract pricing. You will need to use your University signon and password to enter those pages. In some cases you may need to contact the contract manager for pricing.
