Document Imaging
The University of Maine System maintains a document imaging system that provides campuses with a centralized, secure solutions for managing and maintaining documents. This system offers scanning options for capturing and storing paper and electronic documents that can be easily retrieved electronically.
The document imaging system is supported by two applications: ImageNow and Webnow.
Current users of this system include:

- Financial Aid
- Loan Processing
- Sponsored Programs
- Student Records
