Student Self-Service and Faculty Self-Service Down for Maintentance Friday Evening and Saturday the 19thMonday, May 14th, 2012
The UMS ITS Administrative Systems Development and Support MaineStreet HR team will be putting version 9.1 into production the first weekend in May. Due to this the HRMS functions will be unavailable starting around 5PM on Friday the 4th through the morning of Tuesday the 8th.
R25 will be partially to totally unavailable during the time window from late Saturday through mid-day on Sunday the 23rd.
On Sunday, October 23 from 6:00 a.m. until Noon, all MaineStreet Campus Solutions applications, including Student Self-Service and Faculty Self-Service will be unavailable while maintenance is performed. This scheduled maintenance will not affect Financials but WILL have an impact on the Human Resources new hire search process.
As of November 1st, 2009, WebDSIS will no longer be available. The new way for working with the information which used to be accessed there is via MaineStreet.
After December 15th users attempting to access WebDSIS will automatically be redirected to a page noting the move to MaineStreet for approximately six months. Simplified URLs used to get to WebDSIS such as http://www.maine.edu/dsis will also end up at this page.
