Do you have an IT project idea? The ITS Project Management Office (PMO) is committed to facilitating the intake and review of all ideas for technology solutions that will support the strategic goals of the University of Maine System (UMS) and
enhance services to the UMS community.The PMO's role is to collect ideas and ensure they are considered and prioritized in a consistent and transparent manner.
All individuals with a UMS account can submit an idea via the "New Idea Form." The ITS Project Management Office will review submitted ideas and forward them to the appropriate review committee. Through this process your idea can become an official IT project!
If you wish to request a change or enhancement to an existing UMS system or technology, please submit a "Change Request Form." Examples of change requests can be to enhance or modify an existing system, to report a federally mandated update, or to enable a process in an existing system.
