Welcome to USCEAC!

This website is your gateway to find information and links about your position and rights as a non-represented hourly employee of the University of Maine System as well as a source of communication between you and your USCEAC council members.

USCEAC serves in an advisory capacity to the Chancellor of the University of Maine System and exists for the following purposes:

•

to provide a means for the transmission of advice by non-represented employees to designated representatives for the University regarding employee relations policies, compensation and working conditions of non-represented employees; and

•

to provide a forum to non-represented employees for the discussion of matters of concern and the dissemination of information relating to their University employment.

Our council represents all non-represented, hourly employees, including University Supervisors and Confidential employees at all seven universities of the University of Maine System.
