Holiday Processing Schedule!
In observance of Labor Day, the System office will be closed on Monday, September 1st. Payroll will be affected in the following manner:
Friday, August 29th - Student employees' time should have been entered and approved by Friday, August 29th. The Time Administration process will run at approximately 10 a.m. and noon to clear up any last minute adjustments and/or corrections.
Tuesday, September 2nd - The Student payroll will be processed for payday on Friday, September 5th.
Tuesday p.m. - Student employees will be able to view their paychecks online via MaineStreet (PeopleSoft) Self-Service.
Friday, September 5th- Paychecks and direct deposits will be distributed to Student employees.
Hourly-paid employees - Please take a moment to review holiday time entry in the Elapsed Time Entry Manual, Time Approval Manual and Time Administration Manual if necessary.
Contact Payroll:
If you have a question about your paycheck, direct deposit, time entry or any other payroll related question, contact your local university's human resources office. Be prepared to give your Employee ID number.
