Change in Payroll Processing Schedule
In observance of Thanksgiving, the University of Maine System will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 26th and 27th. The regular payroll schedule will be affected in the following manner:
Thursday, November 19th - Student employees should have time entered and approved by this day. The Time Administration process will run at approximately 10 a.m. and noon to clear up any last minute adjustments and/or corrections.
Friday, November 20th - The Student payroll will be processed for payday on Wednesday, November 25th.
Friday p.m. -Student employees will be able to view their pay statements online in MaineStreet (PeopleSoft) Self-Service.
Wednesday, November 25th - Paychecks and direct deposits will be distributed to student employees.
Student employees - Student employees should not forecast their time.
Hourly-paid employees - Please take a moment to review holiday time entry in the Elapsed Time Entry Manual, Time Approval Manual and Time Administration Manual if necessary.

If you have a question about your paycheck, direct deposit, time entry or any other payroll related question, contact your local university's human resources office. Be prepared to give your Employee ID number.
