Change in Payroll Processing Schedule 

In observance of Christmas , the University of Maine System will be closed on Monday, December 26, 2011.  The regular payroll schedule will be affected in the following manner: 

Friday, Dec. 23rd - Employees paid biweekly (both hourly paid and student employees) should have time entered and approved by this day.  The Time Administration process will run at approximately 10 a.m. and noon to clear up any last minute adjustments and/or corrections. 

Tuesday, Dec. 27th - The Biweekly payroll will be processed for payday on Friday, December 30th

Tuesday p.m - Biweekly employees will be able to view their pay statements online in MaineStreet (PeopleSoft) Self-Service.

Friday, December 30th - Paychecks and direct deposits will be distributed to Hourly and Student employees.

Student employees - Student employees should not forecast their time.

Hourly-paid employees - Please take a moment to review holiday time entry in the Elapsed Time Entry Manual, Time Approval Manual and Time Administration Manual if necessary.

 

  Contact Payroll:

          If you have a question about your paycheck, direct deposit, time entry or any other payroll related question, contact your local university's human resources office.  Be prepared to give your Employee ID number.
