Change in Payroll Processing Schedule
In observance of Presidents' Day , the University of Maine System will be closed on Monday, February 18, 2013. The regular payroll schedule will be affected in the following manner:
Friday, February 15th - Employees paid biweekly (both hourly paid and student employees) should have time entered and approved by this day. The Time Administration process will run at approximately 10 a.m. and noon to clear up any last minute adjustments and/or corrections.
Tuesday, February 19th - The Biweekly payroll will be processed for payday on Friday, January 25th.
Tuesday p.m - Biweekly employees will be able to view their pay statements online in MaineStreet (PeopleSoft) Self-Service.
Friday,February 22nd - Paychecks and direct deposits will be distributed to Hourly and Student employees.
Student employees - Student employees should not forecast their time.
Hourly-paid employees - Please take a moment to review holiday time entry in the Elapsed Time Entry Manual, Time Approval Manual and Time Administration Manual if necessary.

If you have a question about your paycheck, direct deposit, time entry or any other payroll related question, contact your local university's payroll office. Be prepared to give your Employee ID number.
