Anthem Programming
www.myanthem.com -allows you to choose your own username and password and obtain more immediate online access to your health care benefits information through MyAnthem! With MyAnthem, you can view your benefit details, current and past claims, membership information, change your primary care physician, request an ID card, print a temporary ID card (new!), change passwords, update your email address, give consent to receive emails, ask questions about your benefits and more.

www.anthemrewards.com -Did you know Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield members can earn cool merchandise just for staying in shape? The health and fitness incentive program -- Anthem Rewards -- lets members age 13 years and older earn 10 points every day they exercise. They only need to earn 250 points before selecting their first reward – like sports equipment and workout gear. Or they can accumulate more points for bigger and better rewards!

Maine In Motion – www.maineinmotion.org -In 2003, Governor John Baldacci declared a Governor's Council for his administration with the appointment of 25 members. The February 14, 2003, proclamation includes an expanded role for the Council. We are aptly described as the Maine Governor's Council on Physical Fitness, Sports, Health and Wellness and we work with the Governor towards a healthy and active future for Maine. Members of the Council participated in the development of the Maine Physical Activity and Nutrition Plan 2005-2010.
