charitable federations that participate in the University’s CCAUE campaign. You may also designate contributions to one or more of the individual agencies that are members of the federations. (If you do not designate your gift, it will be shared by all participating federations in the same proportion to the designations they and their agencies receive.)
Payroll Deduction
Decide how much you would like to have deducted from your paycheck per pay period. Multiply by the number of pay periods you will be paid in the year (26 for hourly employees, 12 for salaried employees) to determine your total annual gift. You can contribute any amount of $1 or more via payroll deduction. You can authorize payroll deductions by submitting a pledge form to your University Chair or volunteer in your department.

Indicate how you would like your gift distributed. You may give to federations and/ or any of their member agencies. BE SURE to use designation code numbers from the Contributor’s Guide when designating your pledge or gift (if not pre-printed on the pledge form).

Sign your name.

Check the box if you would like an acknowledgement and note your mailing address.

Make a copy for your records and return the original to your department’s campaign volunteer.
Direct Gifts
If you prefer, you can give a lump sum amount for the entire year with your pledge form. Enter the total amount of your gift on the pledge form and write a check or money order payable to the University of Maine System. (A check made out to the individual campus may also be accepted.)
Complete the pledge form and return it to your University Chair.
