Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment is an annual event that gives employees the opportunity to review their benefit elections and decide if they wish to make any changes. Employees have a great deal of flexibility in designing their own personalized benefits package. An Open Enrollment Kit is mailed to employees' home addresses in November of each year.
New for Open Enrollment 2008!
The University of Maine System, Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce online Benefits Enrollment is available for Open Enrollment 2008! Online Benefits Enrollment will provide employees with another option for enrolling in benefits during the 2008 Open Enrollment period. Employees will be able to enter their own benefit elections using the easy, efficient and confidential self-service module of MaineStreet in the convenience and comfort of your own home with important, decision-making information available right at your fingertips. This new feature will be available November 5, 2007 - November 30, 2007.
2008 Annual Open Enrollment Kit
Enter your elections in MaineStreet Self-Service OR Completed forms MUST be received in the Campus Benefits Offices by November 30, 2007 however, if you do not want to enroll in the 2008 Advantage Accounts or change other current benefit program elections, you do not have to complete the Personal Enrollment Form.

Your Personal Enrollment Form contains personalized information about the benefits you are eligible for as a University of Maine System employee and the applicable premiums. The Form also shows whether you are enrolled in a particular benefit. Using this Form you can update your elections for the upcoming year.
