Charge:
- Identify problems and issues
- Survey what other employers are doing
- Consider the most suitable alternatives for UMS
- Make recommendations to Chancellor by June 30, 2007 that will provide for a meaningful retiree health benefit program for the future, maintain financial integrity of UMS and meet the GASB requirements
