The Legislature adjourned on Saturday June 18th, 2005 at 3:00 a.m. All bills that were Emergency Enacted will become law upon their signing by the governor. All other bills enacted will become law effective Saturday, September 17, 2005. There is much speculation on a Special Session dealing with bonds later this summer. No date has been determined at this time but John will keep you updated on any new developments.
Attached are laws that were enacted during this session and any pending legislation not signed by the governor as of this newsletter will be sent to appropriate staff upon their signing.
