As a member of the New England Regional Student Program (RSP), the University of Maine System’s seven public universities offer a Tuition Break discount on tuition to out-of-state New England students who study a program not offered at their home state public university.
 
In fact, Maine’s discounted rate in many cases is lower than what you would pay to attend your home state New England public university as a resident.
