Google Hangouts Chat provides real-time chat-based communication between individuals, groups and/or teams. Google Hangouts Chat also integrates closely with the Google suite of applications to allow for sharing of Google Docs and files stored in Google Drive. Chat can also be used to create rooms for easy collaboration with colleagues and can integrate with a large number of “bots” to add additional features.
