The Three Questions
When you activate your account, you are asked to choose and enter your password, and then to select three questions and answers that will help to identify you if you forget your password later and need to reset it.
Some hints for the Three Questions:
- Questions with single word answers are good: "The name of my pet when I was ten" (assuming your pet was not named something like Fluffy Gray Furball), or "My grandmother's maiden name," or "The city where Dad was born" (again assuming a one-word city).
- Remember how you capitalize your answers! The computer system pays attention to UPPER and lower cases. You can type everything in UPPER or lower case, but just remember that's what you did.
