1/21/14 UMS TRUSTEES TO MEET IN BANGOR ON JANUARY 27

BANGOR – The University of Maine System Board of Trustees will meet on Monday, January 27, at the UMS headquarters in downtown Bangor.  At the meeting, Trustees will consider a proposal to enter an agreement to secure the delivery of natural gas to the University of Maine at Farmington and to complete campus facility improvements necessary to consume that energy.

In addition, Trustees will review and consider a proposal to move the University College Bath/Brunswick location from Bath to a location at the Brunswick Naval Air Station.  A number of appointments and policies will also be considered by Trustees.
